Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@aprgoodies.store with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.
